Welcome to Buns Boutique, your online Canadian specialty pet supplies shop for rabbits. Buns Boutique is based in Victoria, BC, Canada. All prices listed are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before using our website. By accessing the website at BunsBoutique.ca (‘the service’) you signify that you have read and understand the following Terms of Service.

Data and Privacy:  Buns Boutique will not release your personal or payment information to third parties for any use other than payment processing and order completion, unless we are required by law to disclose your information or if you violate our Terms of Service. At checkout, the Buns Boutique website is secured via an SSL connection. The SSL protocol is the web standard for encrypting communications between users and SSL (secure sockets layer) e-commerce sites. Data sent via an SSL connection is protected by encryption, providing businesses and consumers with the confidence that private data sent to a website are kept confidential.

Payment Processing: Buns Boutique relies on Stripe for secure payment processing. Please visit the Stripe website to learn more about their payment processing system and how their individual policies may affect you.

BunsBox Subscriptions: BunsBox customers can manage their subscription settings at any time via the My Account page on BunsBoutique.ca. Subscription accounts may be placed on hold for a period of up to two consecutive months (where months are measured by subscription payment due dates) before becoming inactive. Inactive subscriptions may be subject to automatic cancellation.

Delivery Policy (Shipping): Buns Boutique ships to all addresses in Canada and the United States of America. Buns Boutique reserves the right to change our flat rate postage fees at any time. Buns Boutique relies on Canada Post and/or the United States Postal Service to deliver goods to customers.  Buns Boutique will ship via post all individual product orders as soon as possible after payment has been successfully processed (usually within 1-2 business days). BunsBox ships on the 15th of each month, or next business day, and will arrive within 1 to 10 business days. Please note that postal and/or international border delays may occur which are out of Buns Boutique’s control.

Refunds: An approved refund will be made in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, if possible, less the cost of shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be credited for the merchandise total and tax, if applicable. Products that have been opened, used or nibbled cannot be returned or refunded. We will notify you of the status of your return or refund via email.

Buns Boutique does not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable. You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.

You expressly agree that your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

In no case shall Buns Boutique, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service.

Please ensure that you remove all tags, gift wrap and product packaging from all products before giving them to your pet(s). Never abruptly change your pet’s diet; please consult your trusted veterinary professional before making adjustments to your pet’s diet or for any other health concerns. Advice/information/products/services available via bunsboutique.ca or Buns Boutique’s social media accounts are not intended to replace professional veterinary advice or treatment.
